Update 11 – 1200hrs/22 APR: Iceland volcanic eruption
Thursday 22nd April, 2010….. Kenya Airways would like to inform its passengers, customers, the travel trade and the public that its flight operations to Europe is back to normal, despite the airports still congested as of 22nd April.
The airline is requesting its customers to be patient as it continues to clear the backlog of passenger and cargo traffic over the next few days.
All passengers booked to travel on these routes are asked to re-confirm their bookings with the airline before the date of travel and before reporting to the airport.
We thank you all for the understanding and patience during this period and as we begin to clear the backlog of passengers and cargo traffic on these routes as this may take several days. We do look forward to offering our customers a pleasant travel experience as we get to normal operations across our network.
